Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk Monday to Thursday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

The individual must have an accounting background and have taken an accounting course.

Previous experience preferred with Accounts Receivables

The position involves dealing with creating invoices, copying payments, creating receipts, copying deposit slips and bank statements. Ensuring that cheques are complete with all accurate information. Clearing the funds from the bank in QuickBooks online. Bank Reconciliations and Visa Reconciliations.

All receipts etc. must be filed in student records.

The person must be able to write professional emails and also speak with clients on the phone to collect payments as necessary.

Experience with QuickBooks online is necessary
