Job description

Responsible for performing and ensuring completion of all payrolls rejects and settlements and related support function. Administrating and reconciliation, settlement and payment to various third-parties. Administrating and investigating electronic payment, reject and fails. Administrating and handling CAD, USD and RDC (mobile deposits) cheque clearing, rejects and stop payments. Processing wage garnishment. DOXIM and record express uploading and completing POS report. Balancing certified cheque general ledger an register. This position requires good organizational and balancing skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of payroll functions. High degrees of timeliness, as well as the ability to work well independently, are also critical to the successful execution of this position. Performing accounting, clerical and member service functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,800.00-$47,600.00 per year
