The Arora Real Estate team is seeking an Administrative Assistant long-term. Administrative Assistant real estate experience is an asset. Please do not apply if you are acquiring your real estate license as we are specifically hiring for the Administrative Assistant position.

*Knowledge of Toronto MLS, MREB, Public Records, and Geo Warehouse is an asset

*Database/CRM management skills an asset using KV Core, Top Producer, Referral Maker, or other software

*Positive attitude

*Great telephone skills

* Excellent Customer Service Skills

*The ability to handle a very fast paced environment with attention to detail

*Ability to multi task

*Self motivated and take initiative

*Work well under pressure

*High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Manage incoming telephone calls

*Manage incoming emails

*Manage social media

*Client Care/Customer Service in person and on the phone

*Nurturing client relationships

*Data entry of MLS listings and editing using Stratus/Matrix platform

*Utilizing BrokerBay for messaging, appointment monitoring, and listing management

*Coordinating Sign and lockbox installation/removal

*Assisting in the preparation of Buyer and Seller reports

*WEBFORMS: preparation of contracts: Offers, waiver/amendments, Listings, etc. as requested

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour


  • Monday to Friday

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • MISSISSAUGA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


  • Secondary School (preferred)


  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
