Municipal City Housing Corp. provides service, repairs and maintenance to homeowners throughout Ontario. Founded by 2 young, Toronto-based entrepreneurs in 2014. With growth of 117% since March 2020 (when COVID hit) we’ve been fortunate to continue expanding during the pandemic. We are now hiring an Administrative Assistant to fulfill all our client’s and employees needs.

Municipal City Housing Corp. is looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Being an Administrative Assistant at Municipal City Housing Corp. includes providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

We are seeking:

· At least 2 years administrative assistance experience.

· Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organized with excellent time management skills.

· Possess a positive and professional presence

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide administrative and operational support to team members and management

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

· Assist with preparation of documents, reports, planning as required

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management

Location: DUFFERIN & FINCH (Close to Finch Subway Station)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$22.50 per hour


  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


  • Secondary School (preferred)


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
