Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update financial statements, reports, invoices, and other documents
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
  • Handling basic bookkeeping and monthly donor-related tasks
  • Provide assistance with all office communication & administration
  • Oversee Admin and Operations Staff Admin Assistance
  • Assist with Recruitment of Volunteers
  • Office Health & Safety Coordination
  • Assist with Event Management and Purchasing
  • Data Management including database updating
  • Assist with Building Maintenance and projects
  • Project manager for conferences and major productions
  • Assistant to the Director
  • Respond to all calls and emails
  • Manage filing systems
  • Manage online document storage
