Job description

Looking for a reliable team member to Join our Immigration Consultancy Seth Immigration. The job will be full time Monday to Friday anywhere between 9 am to 5pm. Occasionally, you may be required work a Saturday or until 6 PM on certain weekdays as per volume of work.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • maintain electronic filing system
  • retrieve documents from filing system
  • handle requests for information and data
  • resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • prepare written responses to routine inquiries
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and arrangements for Consultant
  • prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash

Education and Experience

  • computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
  • knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
