Administrative Assistant (contract)

Job description

Immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to work in the mid-town (Toronto) area. This is a temporary role for approximately 3 months.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Reviewing documents and inputting information into inhouse software system
  • Scanning, indexing, and filing (physical and electronic) documents
  • Records management and data reconciliation
  • Processing a high volume of data and documents

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience, records management experience is a strong asset
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and tech savvy
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Salary: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
  • records management: 1 year (preferred)
