Job description

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our mortgage and real estate operations. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details. We are looking for a person who can work in both a team environment and also independently by him/her self.

Responsibilities:

- Organizing and keeping track of client documents

- Uploading client data and documentation in the company database

- Scheduling and keeping track of meetings

- Answering and managing phone calls in a timely manner

- Answering and managing all incoming emails in a timely manner

- Manage certain social media activities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
