Administrative Assistant/Payroll Assistant

Job description

Administrative/Payroll assistant needed for office located in East Mississauga. 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Candidate should have Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and a working knowledge of QuickBooks is a definite asset. Duties will include assisting payroll with various tasks, as well as assisting other office staff as needed. Pay review after 3 months. Full benefits after 6 months. Candidate MUST read, write, and speak English well.
