Administrative Customer Service

  • Answering all incoming calls and door in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Working as a team member supporting our Territory Sales Representatives to promote sales
  • Achieve weekly & monthly sales quotas
  • Responsible for customer follow-up in a timely manner via telephone and responding to any email communications.
  • Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service, when interacting with customers and fellow team members
  • Develops accounts by checking customers buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining promotions, and selling our brand “CAFE AMSTERDAM”
  • Selling and taking customer orders directly over the phone
  • Position entails key client interaction on a regular basis
  • Data Entry of orders
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, sales team, and personnel by telephone, or through written communication.
  • Responsible to investigate and process store credits
  • Perform tasks as assigned by management
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making abilities, attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Preform administrative duties as required
  • Must be available to work full time in our Hamilton Office
  • Must be fully vaccinated

Salary is $21 per hour. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch hour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
