Job description
Administrative Customer Service
- Answering all incoming calls and door in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Working as a team member supporting our Territory Sales Representatives to promote sales
- Achieve weekly & monthly sales quotas
- Responsible for customer follow-up in a timely manner via telephone and responding to any email communications.
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service, when interacting with customers and fellow team members
- Develops accounts by checking customers buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining promotions, and selling our brand “CAFE AMSTERDAM”
- Selling and taking customer orders directly over the phone
- Position entails key client interaction on a regular basis
- Data Entry of orders
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, sales team, and personnel by telephone, or through written communication.
- Responsible to investigate and process store credits
- Perform tasks as assigned by management
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making abilities, attention to detail
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Preform administrative duties as required
- Must be available to work full time in our Hamilton Office
- Must be fully vaccinated
Salary is $21 per hour. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch hour
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
