Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries Inc. is seeking a full-time Admissions Coordinator position Monday to Thursday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm and Fridays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

The position includes but is not limited to:

The first point of contact between the applicant and the college.

Administering the Admissions Examination, Marking the Pre-Admissions Exam, Evaluation of Transcripts, Preparation of Admission Documents and Admission Processes, Orientation delivery to applicants.

Sending out Conditional Acceptance packages, Student enrolment contracts.

Assessing Student Contracts and documents they submit.

Dealing with enrolment letters and Student Aid

Ability to form a rapport with applicants

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree is required by the applicant.

The individual must have excellent computer skills, organizational skills.
