Job description

Kingsway Wholesale is a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical wholesaler in Toronto. We supply a wide variety of brand-name pharmaceuticals to local pharmacies, with a strong emphasis on friendly and efficient customer service.

We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team and handle responsibilities such as:

  • General warehouse work (generating invoices using our electronic inventory system, filing documents, communicating with suppliers)
  • Order processing via e-mail, phone, and fax
  • Order receiving, packaging, and invoicing
  • Customer service and support
  • Customer acquisition

The position is part-time with the option of expanding to full-time in the future.

Remuneration is $22.00 - $28.00/ hour, with consistent increases based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, good multitasking skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • BSc, Business Degrees Required, MBA/Master's equivalent is an asset
