A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst at Kaizco

  • Work closely with the Principal/Director of Services on learning the world of professional services, specifically IT consulting
  • Undergo an intensive 4 week RAMP to learn NetSuite ERP and Kaizco’s consulting methodology
  • Be the primary consultant on 3-4 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies
  • Be comfortable working with senior executives regularly, such as CEOs, COOs, VP of Finance, Controllers, Director of Operations, etc.
  • Work directly with clients to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
  • Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and training

What we value from our Business Analyst employees?

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, IT, software, or specific business models such as distribution, manufacturing, professional services, retail, media & advertising, or finance
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a jack of all trades in all facets of business (Sales, HR, Strategy, Finance/Accounting, etc.)
  • Have experience in most phases of a consulting project: discovery, design solutioning, delivery execution, presentation, training, data cutover, and support
  • Can command a room and deliver real business technology recommendations to senior customer executives
  • Technical experience or degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Software Development is mandatory
  • Business/Consulting experience or education is complimentary

Skills Requirements & Qualifications

  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and become a self-starter
  • Adept in Microsoft Excel, and flow-chart applications (i.e. Visio, Lucid Charts, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, cloud computing technologies, or e-commerce applications is complimentary
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Eligible to travel to the United States

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
