Job Description:

*** Please note this is a contract opportunity until March 31, 2023***

By taking on this role, you will be a key contributor to the ongoing success of the Client Solutions Centre (CSC). You will be responsible for providing support to the Transition and Innovation sales teams by delivering quality wealth and protection leads. Additionally, you will work closely with CSC Knowledge, CSC Analytics and other internal business stakeholders to provide ongoing support to CSC sales, business improvement initiatives and to deliver exceptional client and employee experiences in the CSC.

The successful candidate will bring strong database and reporting knowledge to the team, along with strong organization skills and a high attention to detail. You will need solid verbal and written skills and an ability to identify and articulate issues and changes in processes. Lastly, you will need to bring a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What will you do?

  • Manage the team inbox to ensure regular communication of administration activities, support relationship management with sponsors and ensure timely identification of changes within our processes
  • Develop, document, and maintain administration processes to ensure strong business operations and business continuity
  • Support CSC continuous improvement by actively identifying, assisting partners in the development of detailed requirements to enhance technical and operational functionality within the business
  • Support CSC reporting and evaluation by providing accurate data in a timely manner to various business areas on a regular basis
  • Demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude and participate an active team play in the CSC environment and consistently demonstrate a client focused approach

What you need to succeed?

  • University degree or College diploma is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (more specifically Microsoft Excel and Access Databases)
  • Proficient at working through databases in a fast-paced environment to quickly manipulate data and provide statistics as required
  • Able to work well in a structured team environment, and contribute as a strong team player
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams with a high attention to detail

What will be nice to have?

  • CRM Tool Experience (Siebel, Global and/or record keeping experience)

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
