Description of Position: The Clinical Research Project Manager will prescreen families for suitability in a study of reading disabilities, obtain informed consent, work with the team to schedule families, be responsible for registering the family on the day of the assessment. The project manager will interview parents using a semistructured interview, ensure the quality of the database and supervise database cleaning. Perform/assist with data entry. Subjects in this study include children and adolescents ranging from 6 through to 16 years of age.
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree, psychology preferred. 3-5 years related clinical research experience. Strong written and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and efficient time management skills. Computer skills are also required. Prior experience in working with families with children with psychiatric disorders, special needs or learning difficulties is required.
Salary: Commensurate with Experience.
