We are looking to hire a Clinic Coordinator for a client facing position. The candidate must have clinical experience working in healthcare domain, and have experience with EMR. They should also have a general knowledge of billing and must be competent with computers.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee day to day management of clinical locations

· Assist with staff recruitment, hiring and training

· Onboarding new clinic locations

· Assisting with clinical set up (i.e., compliance activities)

· Inventory orders for locations and on site check ups

· On site meetings with management team

· Progress reports and clinical performance reviews

· Assisting with growth development and marketing of clinics

· Helping to improve flow processes and internal operations

· Onsite clinic visits everyday and MUST have a car and be able to drive.

· Applicant must be reliable, punctual and willing to learn

Location: Toronto and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
