Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with all Change Management & Communications initiatives
  • Maintain task lists for Communications activities, including statuses and timelines
  • Ensure timely completion of any communications activities by following up with the appropriate individuals
  • Use strong, compelling, storytelling to promote, educate and build excitement & momentum for the strategic initiatives and projects in the Enterprise Project Plan (EPP) as well as other key operational initiatives across the organization.
  • Facilitate internal operational communications to the stores through a number of communication vehicles to help inform Dealers and promote programs and corporate initiatives.
  • Draft documents and presentations (ensure communications are aligned with strategies and objectives.)
  • Monitor feedback channels and coordinate responses using email, engagement sessions, workshops, surveys, etc.
  • Combine & present data to create reports with supporting metrics that represent progress against team objectives.
  • Reinforce consistency in messaging across all key audiences (Dealers, store staff, internal Team Members, Business Partners/Suppliers, Media/Consumers) to promote the Vision and Mission.
  • Analyze and govern internal, operational, and strategic communications. Make edits as necessary and seek appropriate level of approval on communication pieces.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to produce quality work in an incredibly fast-paced, high volume and high impact environment, balancing many projects at once with tight deadlines and production schedules
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive approach to strategic and operational communications.
  • 3 - 4 years working within projects and have sound understanding of the project environment.
  • 1+ years of change management experience or equivalent on projects or strategic initiatives where change management is required.
  • Quick learner and able to synthesize complex information for a diverse audience.
  • Organized, self-starter, who takes initiative and has the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient use of Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook.
  • Accommodating to multiple rounds of edits and approvals.
  • Passion, creativity, positivity, diligence, self-motivation, ability to work in teams and as an individual.
