We are currently recruiting for licensed Condominium Managers for our Toronto, GTA and West-End portfolios. This is a great opportunity to work with a company that is people focused.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • General Property Manager Licence required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in condominium management
  • Working knowledge of the Condominium Act
  • Financial statement understanding
  • Experience in budget preparation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
