Job description

This postion involves working in two long term care homes in Owen Sound and Markdale, Ontario. Tasks will include completion of the RAI-MDS, managing referrals and follow ups as well as regular meal observations and care conferences. One on-site visit per month is required.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: From $54,000.00 per year

• No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
When working on-site, rapid covid testing will be completed prior to starting. Surgical type masks to be worn throughout while on-site. Proof of full covid vaccination (2) is required for the occasional in-person visit.

Experience:

• Registered Dietitian: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Liability Insurance (required)
• College of Dietitians of Ontario (required)
