Corporate Receptionist
Downtown Toronto

$20.00 per hour + vacation pay

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

In this role you will greet visitors and handle a variety of administrative functions in a corporate office.

This is a vacation coverage role from December 6th - 16th, 2022.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients upon entry and hand out visitor badges
  • Create and verify invoicing
  • Schedule meetings and video conferences
  • Answer phones in a curtious manner
  • Other administrative functions

Requirements

  • Previous reception and administrative experience
  • Professional presentation
  • Comfortable working in a high profile office
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Personable and welcoming
  • Clean Criminal Record
