Job description

Employment Status: Part-Time Permanent

Location: Toronto Downtown Branch/ Markham Branch/ Richmond Hill Branch/ Mississauga Branch

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients;
  • Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate and timely manner;
  • Process counter transactions in a manner that meets customer expectations;
  • Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the sales team for follow-up and closure so as to meet business goals set by the Branch;
  • Provide administrative support to Personal Banking Representatives and the Operations Officer.

Qualifications:

  • Be fluent in English and Mandarin OR Cantonese;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Proven customer service, sales, cash handling experience or equivalent;
  • College Diploma or higher level of educational achievement in relevant fields in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and analytic skills;
  • Proficiency with computers and software tools, the ability to quickly adapt our internal systems and software packages;
  • At least one year of work experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
