Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  • Responsible for answering the phones and relaying of messages
  • Greeting the customers and addressing their inquiries
  • Handle the mail and couriers
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Data and order entry
  • Support the Office Administrators and the Management team
  • Invoicing, collecting payment and issuing credits
  • Other tasks as required


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in MS Office & have the ability to learn new program
  • Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Must have experience in administration

Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
