Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist the team in onboarding new customers, improving the customer experience and helping the sales team with daily tasks.

Location: Remote (90%) and Thornhill (10%)


  • Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor
  • Engage new customers and complete onboarding and training
  • Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to Pharmacy Partners
  • Assist potential customers and existing customers on the phone or through email
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
  • Supporting the sales team and senior management with other administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains regular contact with customers to engage and ensure successful execution of services
  • Develop and manage customer relationships
  • Support the Sales team in planning and implementing sales strategies, and on-going measurement against the plans
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Manager to connect with customers
  • Update customers about current promotions and advertisements
  • Other relevant duties


  • High school diploma or general education degree required
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience or customer training experience
  • Ability to travel to various locations, if required
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) and within a fast-paced and demanding schedule
  • Target driven and able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service and support
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, etc)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required
