Position Overview:
We are looking to hire a reliable Customer Support Specialist, who is willing to perform a wide range of administrative and office support tasks in the office setting for the department and/or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the growth of the company
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the prospective suppliers
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, drafts and emails.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Key Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
