We are seeking a hard-working individual with a commitment to customer service to join our close-knit team of professionals as a Digital Media Manager this upcoming season!

Summary: The Digital Media Manager is responsible completing a variety of office tasks including office reception, new lead vetting, general administrative tasks, company event planning, and marketing tasks involving social media posts, site photography, branding, etc.

Hours: 9 AM – 4 PM, five days per week, increased/decreased as needed

Reports to: Sales/Marketing Manager

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the office receptionist as well as order and maintain office supplies
  • Responsible for phone and email reception of new leads and directing them to our sales people
  • Organize scheduled company events throughout the year
  • Create content for social media to post everyday and maintain an active involvement in our social media accounts
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Complete all booking of site photography as well as prepare the jobsites for site photography
  • Ensure that website is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensure that company presentation (office, yard, uniforms, vehicles, job site, presentation docs, etc..) aligns with brand
  • Present information from research and reports, provide recommendations, and develop and implement growth strategies for system improvements
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
  • Client relationship development (surveys, phone calls, meeting preparation)
  • Create and send out e-newsletter
  • Assist sales people as required

Requirements:

  • Completion of high school, some college/university/vocational experience
  • Capable of using typical programs used in office administration
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to use graphic design tools
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Familiarity with social media platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
