Job description

Our client, a prominent Canadian legal firm in the downtown core is currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and calendar management
  • Meeting organization and preparation
  • Schedule client meetings and ensure client requests are taken care of in a timely manner
  • Travel & Accommodation
  • Liaise with clients and lawyers to ensure all documentation is completed
  • Coordinate document delivery and signature requests
  • Monitor high volume of emails
  • Manage, update and organize an excel spreadsheet to record the status and progression of active files
  • Manage lawyers CPD requirements and annual LSO reporting
  • Expense Reports & Finance Support
  • Administrative Competencies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years’ previous experience as an executive assistant preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Successful completion of a related post-secondary Office Administration
  • Handle highly confidential documents
  • Ability to work in the office on a regular basis however there is some flexibility to work from home

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • supporting C-level: 5 years (preferred)
