The role: The Assistant will be accountable for general management of Cestar's corporate office and managing the day to day administrative functions to support the college's growing institutional practice.
Responsibilities: Telecommunications
- Procure equipment, licenses, additional service, etc. as required to meet the growing needs of the business
- Assume role of office expert for all conferencing solutions, including office A/V systems, and provide timely support to all users
Executive Assistant Duties
- Calendar management
- Call screening
- Travel coordination
- Appointment Setting
General Administration
- Responsible for event planning and co-ordination, ensuring that all events are prestigious and rewarding for all stakeholders
- Create and distribute corporate communications as required to address corporate matters, changes in procedures, events, etc.
- Coordination of management and executive meetings
- Ensure electronic and hard copy filing systems are logically organized and appropriately maintained
- Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Experience/Skills Required:
- 2-5 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or Office Manager performing similar duties
- Education: College Diploma or University Degree is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with managing vendors
- Proficient user of all Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Outlook
- Experienced and proficient in using a variety of telecommunication platforms (i.e. conference calls, video conferencing, web meetings, etc.)
- Experience in a consulting firm or professional services environment an asset
