Summary of Position

The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the advisor in the ongoing management of his practice with administrative duties and client relationship building.

This role will be supporting a financial advisor with ongoing growth and development of his business. The ideal candidate with be able to work efficiently, independently but also able to collaborate 1:1 with job requirements/roles and responsibilities. This role requires a high level of support and communication in client relations and network management as well as with the advisor himself.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Implementation and ongoing delivery of client centered tasks

· Schedule client meetings with advisor

· Send client meeting confirmation emails/phone calls

· Assist with ongoing management of client database

· Facilitate client requests

· Assist with ongoing management of client files and scanning of documents

Job Requirements:

· Microsoft Office, word, excel

· Clerical skills

· Interpersonal skills, client building and relationship development

· High level of professionalism and attitude

· Organizational skills

· Excellent communication skills, job efficiency and dependability

Hours per week: 4 hours per day (10 am to 2 pm), 4-5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

Ability to work from home with occasional days required in office.

Possibility of position evolving to full time in near future.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
