Our client, located in the North York area is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team to support the team.

This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to calendar management, expense reporting, booking meetings, etc.,

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of meetings

Coordinating complex meetings

Handle all expenses and ensuring proper allocation

Assisting in preparing of presentation materials in Powerpoint for all meetings

Ad hoc duties as assigned

Ideal candidate will:

Utilizes strong judgment in managing priorities of requests and escalating as necessary for resolution and/or prioritization while determining the appropriate course of action

Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities

Must be comfortable in preparing decks

Requirements:

7 years of prior experience supporting senior level executives

Polished, professional and pleasant personality

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong independent decision making ability and attention to detail

Excellent analytical, time-management and organizational skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office

Well versed on conferencing platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 per year
