At Action Imports we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that enables our senior leadership team to focus on company growth. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
We are looking for a detail-loving, solution-focused superstar to support our company president by taking on a variety of projects that help move the company forward. In this role you will get exposure to many different areas and work with cross functional team to get things done.
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
Assists president with sales support for key company accounts.
Assists president by liaising with overseas vendors and logistics support of all overseas shipments.
Replenishes inventory from assigned inventory vendors as well as office and party supplies.
Manages day to day administration of website/rep software.
Conducting research and reporting on various topics based on the needs of the Leadership Team
Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically.
Other assistance with the presidents duties and responsibilities as required.
Expect that this role will evolve over time to best fit the needs of the organization as it grows and evolves.
