Job description

Reporting to the Owner, the Executive Driver will be responsible for driving the Owner to his business appointments and functions as required, in a safe, professional, and courteous manner around the GTA and other locations of business in and around the Golden Horseshoe. Extensive driving experience with a focus on passenger comfort is a must. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Vehicle(s) provided. Must be experienced in driving a Sprinter Van.

Responsibilities/Requirements

• Ensure that the vehicles are always clean and maintained on a regular basis
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled
• Ensure vehicle(s) go for regular maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire change, etc.)
• Transportation of clients and/or guests as needed
• Present a neat and well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor
• Various errands, including delivery items, lifting, or moving items, etc.
• Other related or not related duties, as needed
• Excellent vision and hearing
• Active thinking, critical analysis, and communication skills
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years corporate/private chauffeur experience
• Must have a valid Ontario’s Driver License and provide current vehicle insurance
• Must maintain an accident-free driving record approved by Insurance company
• Must be able to consult maps or navigation devices for desired and fastest routes to destination (i.e. Waze, Google Maps, etc.)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Able to maintain drivers log sheets for the vehicle(s)
• Able to maintain & reconcile a company credit card
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
• Must provide proof of vaccination
• Must provide current police record
• Must provide a 3 Year Driving Record from Service Ontario
• Must provide a Letter of Experience from Insurance Company
• Must provide a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) indicating no more than 2 at fault claims in the past 6 years from Insurance Company
