Are you an experienced General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM), ideally with both FOH and BOH restaurant experience?

Restaurant management are responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, service and quality goals while ensuring effective restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

· Manages supervisory team and daily operations of the restaurant with 6-15 employees per shift including resolving problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency, and productivity

· Manages work station heads and scheduling of the workforce with emphasis in areas such as food quality, customer service, receiving and maintenance

· Provides high level of customer service including handling customer service issues at location level

· Maintains restaurant building and equipment in a condition that ensures customer service and company image goals are met

· Assists in the hiring, orientation, training, and coaching of all employees based on the company’s standards to meet the restaurant’s operational needs

· Conducts performance appraisals in line with the company’s standards to provide feedback to employees to improve performance and productivity

· Reviews operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

· Monitors the accuracy of receiving, transfers, debits/damages, and charge-backs to headquarters to maintain the accuracy of the inventory

· Analyzes cost controls and sales trends by monitoring month end reports and statements

· Responsible for inventory control and vendor orders at store level

· Develops and executes restaurant-level marketing initiatives

· Ensures all employees adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with good operating practices including safe handling of food and proper product rotation

· Identifies opportunities to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction

· Performing other additional duties as assigned

Must Haves (only candidates with the below minimum requirements will be considered):

- At least 2 years of previous management experience (budget and staff) in a restaurant

- Both FOH and BOH restaurant experience

- A valid drivers license

Salary: From $50,000.00 per year
