Job Description


Job Purpose:

You will directly impact how immigration and relocation services are delivered at Canada Goose and ensure an exceptional employee experience. The position reports to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition, who envisions this role as a strong partner and the go-to person for all things mobility. This role requires prior experience with high-growth companies scaling their domestic and international immigration programs. The ideal fit has a flexible mindset and will successfully balance excellence with a sense of urgency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help lead the global mobility vision and direction for a growing program in a constantly evolving landscape
  • Enhance our global mobility strategy/program, relocation support policies, and build incredible experiences during these transition periods for employees at Canada Goose who are relocating to and/or outside North America.
  • Act as an internal auditor to all practices, procedures and policies related to mobility and immigration and ensures alignment as per legal guidance and requirements.
  • You will identify areas of opportunity within our current mobility and immigration process and level-up the overall experience for employees and managers who are supporting the transitions.
  • Partner with HR Partners, Talent Partners, Finance, managers, legal and other stakeholders (internally and externally) to ensure immigration processes are delivered seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to navigate the complex legal and government regulations to provide a seamless experience
  • You will participate in various other HR Shared Services department projects and initiatives, as required.


Experience, Education and Designations:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting human resources in a global organization
  • CHRP designation, an asset
  • Experience with global mobility administration, an asset
