Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop recipes and new products in collaboration with the Alo Food Group culinary team.
- Oversee hiring and kitchen design of opening bakery team.
- Produce high quality breads including sourdough, enriched breads and viennoiseries.
- Oversee weekly production, while managing a team of up to 10 bakers
- Prepare and finish baked goods according to the recipes, following company-set standards
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new baking concepts and ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Skilled/ knowledgeable in European style artisanal breads
- Knowledgeable on long fermentation times
