Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial and Manufacturing.

We are looking for a full-time, heavy-duty cleaner role for a condominium in Toronto and North York. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, who is hard-working with experience.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.

About the job:

• Cleaning all common areas (foyer, elevators, gyms, seating areas, hallways).
• Handle small repairs, light bulb changes and as advised by the Property Manager.
• Perform frequent outside inspections during shift – grounds, garbage area, parking lots (inside and outside) smoking posts, etc., and pick up any litter/loose debris.
• Remove garbage from public waste bins in condominiums.

Requirements:

• A self-sufficient individual.
• Follows instruction well.
• An individual who is dedicated to their work.
• Passes a background check.
• Able to clean and do small maintenance duties.
• An individual who has experience.

Job Type: Full Time.

Salary: $17.00/hr.
