Maintain Forno’s brand integrity as the chief brand ambassador. Your main focus will be on ushering a fun, happy, inclusive, energetic and engaged hospitality and food environment.


  • Ensure operations efficiency by managing all aspects of PRODUCTS:
  • Product par Levels, weekly ordering and weekly reconciliation of orders
  • Organizing and ordering of food supplies daily and managing par levels
  • Organize and order retail products monthly
  • Maintain and exceed daily sales goals and monthly sales projections
  • Maintain labour costs


  • Hiring and training of talent to meet hospitality benchmarks set
  • Ensure service standards are at industry best and team is creating lasting relationships
  • Scheduling and managing of staff responsibilities and duties and monthly labour costs
  • Increasing client engagement and service aptitude
  • Be in charge of health and safety standards and up to date certifications
  • Maintain staff training documents and communication records


  • Organize and lead staff meetings to ensure operational fluidity, service consistency and correct product knowledge and organization are being advocated
  • Participate in management meetings with the bigger executive team


  • Manage all aspects of financial operations and health
  • work with set benchmarks to ensure the financial strength of the operation
  • Ensure correct management of waste including waste minimization


As a manager you’re part of our leadership team. That means that you have:

  • Management experience in a food and beverage or retail environment (experience in a speciality/premium environment is an advantage)
  • Proven ability to effectively lead/direct, coach and train others
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, diplomacy and related skills
