Human Resources is undergoing an exciting multi-year plan to modernize our technology and processes using an employee first agile approach. As part of this modernization effort, we will be implementing new technologies with the goal of improving our candidate and employee Talent Acquisition experience. The Project Support will join our existing Talent Acquisition Solutions team, working closely with partners in HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, Analytics and other key BU stakeholders to define functional requirements, and design thoughtful processes and technology solutions that drive efficiency with a focus on employee experience. A successful candidate will bring strong experience with business process design and system implementations, project management, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
-Provide project management support to the functional technology implementation, including determining technical requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, documentation, testing, project management and roadmap planning.
-Document meeting discussions, action items, and next steps and conduct follow up with the appropriate groups for key deliverables
-Partner collaboratively with key stakeholders and vendors to implement and optimal ATS solution.
-Ensure projects stay within scope, driven towards clear conclusions and be an advocate for executing a repeatable and reliable experience
-Analyze, understand, and improve tools and processes to enhance the implementation effectiveness
-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the product implementation process
-Provide training/knowledge transfer to clients for technical and non-technical audiences

Specialized Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- BS in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
-3-5 years of relevant experience managing large scale system implementations or HR projects
-3-5 years demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
-Experience in ATS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HRIS preferred (Taleo, Workday, ICIMS, AI/Client, Video Interviewing a plus)
-Demonstrated experience working across stakeholder and delivery teams to execute on requirements.
-Demonstrated aptitude for systems-thinking and root cause analysis.
-Strong understanding of UI and configuration of web-based applications
-Direct experience with online learning platforms is preferred Strong background in unit, system, and user acceptance testing in conjunction with issue tracking and resolution processes
-Solid knowledge and understanding of how technology can enable impactful and effortless learning experiences.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.ProjectC.

Salary: Up to $29.61 per hour
