Job Purpose and Impact

The Human Resources Operations Assistant provide human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions. In this role, you will ensure efficient service center operations, technology and transactions. Key Accountabilities

Work within established procedures to support the development of standards and procedures to handle employee questions and transactions and administer human resource programs.
Help coordinate services with the human resource information systems, program managers and technology specialists.
Support management of the organization's human resources.
Contribute to analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Human Resources certificate
