A well-established immigration consulting firm is looking for a self-inspired Immigration Case Processing Clerk to join our dynamic team in Markham, Ontario.

  • Post-secondary education or relevant marketing experience;
  • Some work experience in the Canadian immigration industry is preferred;
  • Familiar with Canadian immigration policies, including ONPNP/EE/LMIA, etc.
  • Able to handle cases and prepare applications independently;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • IELTS writing 7.0 or above is preferred;
  • Proven ability to seek and identify opportunities through research of immigration policy trends;
  • Ability to use knowledge and creativity to resolve non-standard situations, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills:
  • Pro-active in identifying issues and leading the implementation of solutions;
  • Demonstrates ability to develop solutions to significantly improve existing methods and processes;
  • Very strong team and service partner orientation;
  • Proven ability to meet challenges, goals, and objectives with enthusiasm, drive, and initiative;
  • Proven ability to develop effective partnerships, focus on common goals, and implement integrated solutions;
  • Ability to plan at both a strategic and operational level;
  • Committed to taking accountability and ownership of strategy and tactics. Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese ability is definitely an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $42,000.00 per year
