Invoicing Clerk – Richmond Hill

Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, National Dispatch & Invoicing, the Invoicing Clerk – this role will be working out of our Richmond Hill Branch and is responsible for creating and handling all inquires with regards to customer invoices
Skills/Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word and excel)
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, consistently meet deadlines and possess strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Bilingual in English and French preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities include:
- General billings from customers across Canada
- Special billings in Portals
- Process credit notes
- Follow up with problematic work orders within an appropriate timeframe
- Respond to customer inquiries about their invoices and account information via our phone queue and e-mail
- Follow up on Invoicing Team email daily
- Be an active member of the office team
- Additional tasks as required.
- Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- College diploma/ degree or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years experience with office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, power point, excel)
