Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, National Dispatch & Invoicing, the Invoicing Clerk – this role will be working out of our Richmond Hill Branch and is responsible for creating and handling all inquires with regards to customer invoices


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word and excel)
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, consistently meet deadlines and possess strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • General billings from customers across Canada
  • Special billings in Portals
  • Process credit notes
  • Follow up with problematic work orders within an appropriate timeframe
  • Respond to customer inquiries about their invoices and account information via our phone queue and e-mail
  • Follow up on Invoicing Team email daily
  • Be an active member of the office team
  • Additional tasks as required.
  • Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures


  • College diploma/ degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2-4 years experience with office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, power point, excel)
