Founded by Cynthia Cully industry visionary and leader in 2009 and joined by her business partner Matti Matyasfalvi in 2014 bringing his 24 year tenure in Management/Marketing and Sales.

Job Overview:

Manage, update and maintain the image database with currant images and videos of the models and talent.
Building and maintaining relationships with our clients and offering them exceptional customer service.
Communicate opportunities and castings to the models, confirming the time on their schedules, sometimes after business hours.
Receive and upload casting videos for each project in a timely and efficient manner.
You will become part of a dynamic team that strives to grow and develop the brand with enthusiasm, dedication, creativity, and style.

Education and Experience:

High School, College diploma or equivalent.
Fashion/Marketing/Business program is an asset.
Experience in administrative, office services or similar roles.
**We will train the appropriate candidate.

Must have flexibility to work some weekends and evenings.

Job Description:

Working in the Commercial Print and TV Division.
Answering calls and emails promptly.
Communicate with both models and clients in a friendly professional manner.
Develop strong relationships with both talent and clients.
Promoting the values of the brand within the market place.
Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget set by the team.
Maintain an overall clean and organized working environment.
Development of models and talent via their images.
Report to both Cynthia and Matti regarding strategies and task to ensure performance standards are made
Research and develop new clients.
Learn to read and understand talent contracts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
