We currently have an opening for a Legal Assistant in our Toronto Office. The Legal Assistant will proactively provide legal professionals with a high level of support in an effort to improve practice efficiency, including coordinating client-related activities. This position requires an excellent multi-tasker with strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, and have excellent client service and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
The successful incumbent will have a Community College Certificate in a Legal Secretarial Assistant program or equivalent, strong technical skills (MS Office suite), be a team player, have a positive attitude and professional image, and possess a minimum of three to five years of experience in a Legal Assistant role. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, with a requirement to work partially in the office and an opportunity to work remote.
