Job description

• Urethane manufacturing/distribution plant in Woodbridge is in immediate need of a Logistics Manager. Full-Time, 8 hour Day shift.
• Direct hire; not through an employment agency.
• Starting salary will be between $65K and $70K per year, depending on your previous experience.
• Hybrid office/home

Responsibilities and Duties

-Proven logistics/supply chain experience (5 years min experience and familiarity with logistics systems and practices.

Qualifications and Skills

- Can manage inbound/outbound traffic movement

- Knowledge of U.S. and International Importation regulations, Customs/duties/tariffs

- HST regulations knowledge for import/export

- Strong Inter personal relationship capabilities with trucking companies and brokerage firms

- Chemical Industry Bulk, IBC, Drum movement knowledge TDS/dangerous goods etc.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- High school or college degree. Proven logistics/supply chain experience will be considered if no college degree.

• High school or equivalent (Required)
