Manager, Marketing

Job description

 Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
 Develop strategies that drive customers to the website and social media accounts
 Improve the design, UX, traffic and content of the website.
 Create e-mail blast campaigns to target key customers and find ways of increasing open and click through rates.
 Use reporting analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
 Contribute to the overall art direction, casting and coordination of brand/venue photo shoots, video shoots and campaigns, as well as sourcing and working with third party contributors (i.e. photographers, stylists, directors and video producers).
 You will collaborate closely with restaurant partners, GM’s and staff of the
restaurants to identify opportunities and build effective marketing programs.
 Develop all marketing collateral needed for various restaurants and venues with the support of the Digital Marketing team.
 You will be responsible to drive the social media & content strategy for various hospitality venues
 Organize high profile and experiential events at venues.
 Keep up to date on digital marketing and social media trends and update the rest of the organization regularly.
 Performs other duties as assigned.

 Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell
products and services.
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
 Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
 Proficient in photo and video editing software is an asset.
 Experience working with a content management system is required.
Education and Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design or related field required.
 At least three years of experience in a related field.
 Certification in Google Adwards or other social media certification is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
