Rogers Business is looking for passionate, goal-oriented individuals to join our winning team. We are currently looking for a Program Marketing Manager based in Toronto.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the strategy related to accelerating opportunities in our highest value accounts. With a strong knowledge of industry products and solutions, the incumbent will lead the execution of high-impact marketing programs for both current and prospective customers. Fundamental to the success of this strategic marketing role is the ability to collaborate with the business, thrive in a fast-paced industry and comfortably navigate a matrixed organization.


What you will be doing:

  • Own the Rogers Business regional marketing plan for Ontario that delivers on annual growth objectives through collaboration with regional leaders and the broader marketing team
  • Create and execute marketing strategy and tactics relevant to the business market in the region. To accomplish this you will need to:
    • Understand the market landscape in your region and Rogers Business brand position
    • Develop a strong understanding of Rogers Business sales and marketing objectives
    • Develop a strong understanding of Rogers Business products, services, partners, and value proposition
  • Manage the end-to-end customer briefing strategy and operations:
    • Funnel management including intake of opportunities, prioritization based on impact and scheduling of customer sessions
    • Develop defined objectives for each briefing to ensure all participants have a clear understanding of Rogers offering
    • Ensure our high value accounts have a unique customer experience from end to end utilizing collateral effectively, solution demos, subject matter experts etc.
    • Develop and implement program level metrics to measure success and drive improvements with regular reporting
  • Collaborate with the regions to build national customer briefing program strategies
  • Create and manage monthly program budget and forecasting
  • Partner with the product and solution team to ensure content and communications meet the needs of customers
  • Collaborate with broader marketing and communications team on executive events when required


What you will bring:

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
  • Confidence in working with senior leaders and sales teams to drive successful program development and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions keeping participants on topic and within scheduled timelines
  • Experience or knowledge of wireless, wireline, and services, emerging technologies an asset
  • Business acumen and experience and managing a budget
  • Experience in a B2B Marketing or Sales Role
  • Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Communications or related experience field preferred
  • Project management, program/campaign development, tracking, reporting and execution experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of B2B software including CRMs such as SFDC and Marketing technology tools such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Working knowledge of O365 with experience in working with Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Power BI
