Job description
Our client, a well-known, large and rapidly growing company in North America, is searching for a Manager, Reconciliations & Accounting for their Team!
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and coach a team of 5-7 people
- Ensure the completion and review of all monthly designated GL reconciliations on a timely basis
- Report on key reconciliation outstanding items to management and ensure they are followed up on and resolved
- Respond on audit requests on all matters related to GL reconciliations
- Review and approve monthly journal entries entered by the Treasury team
- Support the review of existing process flows or set up of new process flows to enable and facilitate GL reconciliations
- Team management including the setup of team goals and performance reviews for the reconciliations team
- Automation of key reconciliation processes within Blackline
- Balance Sheet reporting & Key account variance analysis on a monthly basis
- Other ad-hoc duties & special projects

Salary: $110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
