We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who is excited about joining our small but mighty force and can help us get more brand awareness and acquire new customers. We want someone who is creative, curious, takes initiative and knows how to follow through with a super high attention to detail. This role reports into the acting CMO.

In this role, you’ll help to:

  • Oversee day-to-day performance marketing efforts and develop new strategies to optimize results
  • Work with freelancers to develop creative assets, including messaging and visuals, that are relevant to our target personas across the buyer journey
  • Manage content development and help generate new content ideas based on market and customer insights
  • Coordinate website and landing page updates to maintain a competitive position, capture leads and support SEO
  • Own social media execution to promote our brand, content and team, both to our broader target and to specific audiences pre and post industry trade shows
  • Monitor competitors to understand their marketing and content strategies and make recommendations that help us stand out from the pack
  • Work with account leads to identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and reduce churn by better meeting the needs of customers
  • Partner with sales team to develop assets required for business development and deal progression
  • Create reports that detail key metrics so the effectiveness of each campaign and channel can be evaluated
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff members throughout the company
  • Manage all efforts to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget

You are someone with:

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven success developing and executing marketing and social media campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Data-driven mind with an eye for creativity
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $34,789.12-$62,512.74 per year
