At Phase Two Graphics, we focus on producing high-quality Trade Show Displays, Inflatables, Large Scale Graphics, LED Light Boxes and Specialized Signage. In addition, we offer the possibility of creating a range of personalized products for residential and commercial use. Constantly we are developing and creating products to serve our local and global online customers.

Currently, we are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator who is available to join and work with us from our Markham Office. Our ideal candidate is creative and inventive, a problem-solver, and detail-oriented. We value people willing to take ownership and pitch in to assist with any project. In addition, we expect our candidate to demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and colleagues. Self-motivation along with the ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal oversight will be essential for this role.


  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media tools and techniques
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong design abilities using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
  • Understanding of PPC digital marketing channels, audience segmentation, targeting, creating custom audiences, attribution and how it ties into the marketing mix
  • Analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to provide creative recommendations to meet the business needs
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
  • Experience using WordPress, Shopify and E-Commerce websites
  • Perform and works with a sense of urgency


  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, communications, or another relevant discipline
  • 2-3 years relevant experience, ideally within the creative industry or design/marketing industry
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in PPC/paid search; building and optimizing campaigns
  • Experience developing content and copywriting, photography, short video editing, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Youtube.
  • Experience with video editing and production
  • Experience with product photography
  • Embraces problem-solving challenges and opportunities


  • Unify and maintain the branding of our lines of products
  • Create, edit and prepare design files in illustrator and photoshop
  • Prepare and publish files on various web platforms.
  • Create written content, video stories and compelling images for our social media channels
  • Set up, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google
  • Manage and organize product photo shots and video clips
  • Manage our social media channels
  • Maintain organized all digital assets, including backups and archives
  • Manage our websites, including updating and publishing content consistently
  • Support the production of marketing and business development materials such as presentations, brochures, and templates
  • Manage and maintain our image library and marketing resources
  • Assist our production area with light physical demands related to the job (printing, cutting, packing, etc.)
  • Assist with any other marketing initiatives aligned with the companies goals
