Medical Reception/Administration

Tasks will include but not limited to: Answering and initiating phone calls, emails, reception, scheduling, greeting patients and showing to rooms, faxing, filing, preparation of examination rooms.....

Applicants must have great written and spoken English language skills
Multi-tasking and excellent customer service skills with a genuine concern for the well-being of others.
You must enjoy working with children and their families and able to adapt to stressful situations.
Flexibility to try new things and work as a team player and alone.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Evening shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Following all public health guidelines for a medical office. Currently screening sick patient. Masks required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON M5R 3S3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical Secretaries & Patient Registrars: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)
